When I’m not helping clients, I’m first and foremost a proud dad. My two kids keep me busy and inspired — whether I’m coaching their soccer and hockey teams, cheering them on at the rink, or helping them chase their big ideas.
I’m also a bit of a tech nerd and numbers nerd at heart. I studied economics and mathematics in university, which is where my love for solving problems and breaking down complex details really grew. That background is a big part of why I enjoy digging into the fine print and finding unique solutions for my clients.
I’ve had the chance to live in both Canada and the US (in Virginia), which gave me different perspectives on people, business, and community. These experiences, combined with my involvement in local sports and business ventures in Carleton Place, keep me grounded and connected.

I’m a strong advocate for financial education. It’s eye-opening how little awareness there is about the financial tools available to people — and it’s not just the general public, but even within the financial industry itself. I’m passionate about making sure people not only get the best mortgage, but also truly understand the “why” behind it, so they can feel confident and empowered long after the paperwork is signed.
Outside of work, I’m a big Ottawa Senators fan, love cheering on the Blue Jays, and still have a love for track and field — especially the 400m. Whether it’s sports, coaching, or mortgages, I’ve always been driven by the mix of discipline, strategy, and passion that brings out the best results.
